Lauder Beauty Day Spa is a homely, tranquil and relaxed environment for men and women. The program of services incorporates a variety of treatments and therapies using organic products, specialist equipment and experienced beauty advisors, providing a holistic wellbeing experience.

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance. Various spa treatments require different levels of undress, so we recommend that swimwear be worn in the infrared sauna. (For your hygiene and convenience, we provide disposable g-strings for all body treatments).

A 25% deposit or credit card number is required for all appointments at the time of booking.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and packages. Cancelling or changing an appointment for groups of three or more requires 72 hours notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 75% of the published price of each service.
 
Check-in
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turnoff your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all gift certificates at check-in.
 
Refunds
Gift certificates, series and products certificates and series purchases are non-refundable. Products or accessories can be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.

Gift Vouchers
All treatments and packages are available as gift voucher purchases. A personalized gift voucher can be forwarded to the recipient to be booked at their leisure. All vouchers have a 6 month expiry.
Members
As a salon member you are entitled to discounts on all of our services. You will receive bi-monthly newsletters, 20% off retail on Monday and Tuesday, members’ only offers and giveaways.
The member prices are underlined in the order of services.
