Relaxing approach by Lauder Beauty staff, who made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. Being NEW to this I was a bit sceptical, however I have been converted. I have NEVER felt SO RELAXED at any time before. Sharing the treatment with my wife made the whole thing special. 10/10
