Lauder Beauty Day Spa is a homely, tranquil and relaxed environment for men and women. The program of services incorporates a variety of treatments and therapies using Arbonne swiss formulated botancial products, specialist equipment and experienced beauty advisors, providing a holistic wellbeing experience.
Your privacy and comfort are of the upmost importance. Various spa treatments require different levels of undress, so we recommend that swimwear be worn in the infrared sauna. (For your hygiene and convenience, we provide disposable g-strings for all body treatments).We do not have child minding facilities, but the coffee club downstairs is a great place for your babysitter to wait for you. We all love children but this time is for you to enjoy and relax and yo deserve this long awaited time out!

Cancellations/Redeeming gift and promotional cards |

If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and packages. Cancelling or changing an appointment for groups of three or more requires 72 hours notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 75% of the published price of each service or have the cost deducted from the gift card. 100% will be deducted for no-shows.
Redeeming gift and promotional cards: Use of gift cards must be mentioned at time of booking or will not be honoured at time of payment. Gift cards will not be replaced and will become void if lost or stolen, altered or defaced.N.B. *Promotional gift cards cannot be used on already discounted services, student services or packages. Only one gift card to be used at time of booking.*includes $25 first time gift voucher usage. |
| Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all gift cards at check-in. |

Gift cards and products certificates are non-refundable & cannot be redeemed for cash. Products or accessories can be returned for replacement or spa credit when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days. |
